23 11 07: Are you interested in real estate? Have you watched any fix & flip TV shows and wondered if you can do it? Well I’m going to share some of my experiences and walk you through the process of my next project.
I’m actively looking for a property I can pick up that needs some work, clean it up and then rent or sell it.

Here is my criteria for my search.
Budget purchase price between $100k and $250k
Budget for renovations between $25k-$75k.
Scopes of work to include… paint, trim, flooring, fixtures, lighting, bathroom upgrades, kitchen & appliances upgrades.
The goal is to work on it over the winter months and have it ready for re-sale or rent in the spring of 2024. I’d like to do as much work myself as I can to capitalize on sweat equity.
