- Follow the prompts - entering all the requested fields on the form
- Click on "Continue to Payment"
- You will be redirected - carefully fill in your banking information and the amount
- Click on "Pay" - YOU ARE DONE!
- Confirmation Emails will be sent to you and your agent
- Funds may take 2-5 days to withdraw from your account (DO NOT HIT RESUBMIT)
- Transfer Cost $20.00 (as of Sept 1, 2026
BANK DRAFT:
- Bank drafts can be dropped off at several office Please contact the office in advance to confirm their hours and whether a drop-off option is available.
- All drafts must be payable to REMAX Real Estate (Edmonton)
- Clearly note the Agent’s Name, Property Address, and your Name on the envelope or in the cheque memo.

DIRECT DEPOSIT:
- Cheques/Drafts (Payable to RE/MAX Real Estate (Edmonton) Ltd.) may be taken to any TD Canada Trust anywhere in Canada and directly deposited into our Trust Account
- Please make sure clients take a copy of the physical cheque, before depositing (RECA requirement that all 4 corners of the cheque are visible
- Request the TD Bank Teller to make a credit memo on the deposit (E.g.: Client’s name and/or Property they are purchasing)
WIRE TRANSFER:
- For wires in Canadian or US Dollars being sent from within Canada: YOU MUST SEND YOUR DEPOSIT, PLUS $17.50
- Eg.: Deposit Due, $5,000.00, your wire must be fore $5,017.50
