Hi, I’m Karen. Having grown up here, I bring not just market knowledge, but genuine insight into Edmonton’s neighborhoods, communities, and opportunities.

Previously working as a nurse, I spent countless hours in hospitals working all hours of the day with all types of people. I needed to be proficient in planning, multitasking, collaborating, while also being efficient and flexible. Most importantly, being a nurse meant empathy, care, and compassion; spending time talking and listening to my patients and their families. My years as a nurse translated well into real estate. I’m not here as your saleswoman, I’m here to listen, teach, and advise. I’m on your team.

I pride myself on being responsive and accessible, ensuring your questions are answered quickly and you always feel supported and informed every step of the way. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me enjoying the outdoors. But most importantly, I’m spending time with my big fluffy dog, Kuma. Something that keeps me grounded and connected to the lifestyle so many of my clients are looking for.
